CUPS & MUGS
VariousAll my mugs & cups are functional and I whole heartedly encourage the use of all my creations. They are all made to be interacted with!
The Pierced Porcelain mugs combine industrial and handmade making processes. Each mug is slipcast very finely and then when the clay is still wet, pierced & cut by hand. I do not penetrate through to the inside of the mug and as such the mugs remain fully functional.
These Porcelain espresso cups have the familiar shape of a violin tuning peg for the handle, they are individually made and are available in a range of colours, all with unique glazes made to my own individual recipes (except for the clear glaze).
The Cappuccino Mugs consist of a range of designs taken from drawings in my Sketchbooks, these are frequently used with images I have photographed to make individual collages.
